My Story

Hello, my name is Stacy and I am part of a litter of 7 siblings.

My mama was rescued when she was shot, ear cropped, and tail broken. She was a papillon mixed who was savagely abused. Luckily, after a long time at the shelter, she got adopted and now trying to regain her trust in humans in Canada! Would we pups have that same fate???

Like my sublings I was born at a crowded shelter, with another 60+ dogs. Never properly socialized, a bit fearful but sweet, anxious, and it takes only a bit of time to warm up to people. Once I get to know you, I will beg for your attention and cuddles.

With the big boys at the shelter, we pack had to fend for themselves in order to survive so this attitude is bound to change once properly introduced to life outside the shelter and have more structure.

My ideal family:

I would do well in a family with kids old enough to understand my boundaries, I would be okay living in a house with an experienced adopted who knows how to handle anxious dogs and training. My adopter needs to be sure that they are 100% willing to put the time to show me what structure is all about.

Fun Fact about Stacy from Team Lebanon:
She loves her cushion and getting her pets
